This year the Winter Open Cellars Event will be held on the 15th and 16th of June, which is the 3rd weekend of that month.
As always, Panton Hill will have a huge, welcoming,open fire. There will be 9 wines to taste including a new Fortified style that we’ve added to our luscious Fortified collection and some warming, delicious food.
Next “Open Cellars Spring 2024” will be on the third weekend of October 2023.
Green leaves will be bursting out. We and other local Nillumbik wineries will be waiting to welcome you back for a Spring weekend walkabout, to celebrate the new season with us.

Panton Hill Winery is available for hire for smaller winery events. Celebratory events available including a limited number of weddings. Winery education/tours by arrangement. Disabled Access.
Panton Hill Winery is a flexible location for a huge variety of photo shoots…the launch of a New Seasons Italian Menswear catalogue, Magazine Fashion shoots, a French Perfume,a new model car or beautiful Provincial French furniture. A number of short movies including one shown at the Cannes Film Festival and episodes in a number of Australian mini series have been shot at Panton Hill Winery. Pre wedding, wedding and family photography has been popular. The possibilities are endless.
